Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with 15 Years Celebration on Charts. The Site lists informational pricing only and does not process checkout.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed, paid seats for scheduled public cohorts or private Chart Circle engagements when the conditions below are met. Complimentary seats and alumni community access alone are not refundable.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Requests within 6 days of start, or after the first live session begins, are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by mandatory law.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns tuition paid for the affected seat, excluding non-refundable items listed below. Partial refunds follow the timeframe schedule. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom printed materials already produced for a private Chart Circle, and completed one-off consulting add-ons are non-refundable once delivered or ordered at your request.

Refund process

Email contact@15years-celebration-on-charts.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediate institutions, if any, may be deducted where permitted.

Cancellation by participant

You may cancel by email. Transfers to a later public cohort are allowed once per seat if requested at least 7 days before start, subject to availability.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-ordered travel restrictions affecting Japan-based attendance may be considered for goodwill exceptions outside the standard schedule, at our discretion and without creating a standing obligation.
